RETURN OF THE GOODS TERMS

You can cancel your order and request a refund in the following cases:

1. the advertised product does not match with the delivered one, which can be detected with a simple overview of the product;
2. the price of the order does not correspond with the one stated on the confirmation email
3. delivered faulty items
4. the deadline for the delivery has not been met
5. except these cases, you have no right to refuse to pay the ordered goods, and return them. If you do not accept them, you are not entitled to a refund and you need to bear the transportation costs.
• When the goods have a default that is not possible to establish at the time of delivery, a detailed examination process will follow. If it is concluded that it is company´s fault, the good will be replaced without any additional charges.
• You can also use your guarantee card, if the product has any faults.
• It is your right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
• We can only accept returns if the good is in new, unworn and unused condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We will not accept any returns if the items show any indication of being used. The return of the products in this case is at your expense.
6. Shipping costs, and anything else required for product return to Biobabyonline.com premises, will be the sole responsibility of the customer who has exercised his right of cancellati on.
7. According to the regulations of the law for the Consumer Protection and Trade Rules, you have the right to raise a claim in case of:
• faulty items
• non-compliance with the stated size
• non-compliance with the trade mark
8. The claim shall be filed within five working days after the purchase of the goods.
9. You are entitled to claim either:
• refund
• reduction of the original price
• replacement of the products

Biobabyonline.com shall not be liable for failure to deliver within the timeframe provided here if this is due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances related to malfunctions and disruptions of the internet.

Your guarantee

1. All products offered by the website Biobabyonline.com are new and supplied by manufacturers.
2. The website guarantees that at the time of dispatching the order, the products do not have any flaws that might reduce the value of the purchased goods.
3. The products shall be examined within five working days after the purchase of the goods.
4. If any defaults are detected, you need to inform the company immediately.
5. The guarantee will be granted only when the original invoice is presented together with the defective product.
6. The guarantee will not reimburse nor cover a damage resulting from any failure to comply with the instructions given or the technical characteristics of the product.

In cases like these, you will be informed by a phone call or email, and if possible, we will offer you alternative goods. The order will not be dispatched unless we receive your written or verbal agreement with the amended conditions, as you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund (if applicable).
2. For any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website; any errors with the functionality of the website, potential defects or the integrity of the information on the website by computer viruses or other threats.
3. For the completeness and validity of the information of a third parties (hyperlinks).
4. If the access to the website is interrupted or currently not possible

These Conditions of Sale are subject to the laws and the legal system in force in Republic of Bulgaria; when selling to other countries, the rules applicable to the business transaction will in any case be the Bulgarian ones. In the event that one or more parts of these General Conditions of Sale would be void because they were contrary to law or otherwise unenforceable under the law, the other provisions remain in full force and effect in the rules governing contractual relations between Biobabyonline.com and its customers on the online store.

Any dispute for which an amicable solution is not reached will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial authority of the customer's home, if these cover the consumer according to the rules already mentioned and as long as the home is located in the State.
